I can hardly express my disappointment—elevators were under maintenance, and the pool was on a top level. A wild soccer team greeted me at the door, ruining any semblance of tranquility. Would you believe I didn’t even receive an upgrade as a reward for my troubles? this place is woefully unorganized. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.
